One about some confidentiality agreement with mgmt and the MEC.
2nd the company asking for concessions.
Any truth to either of these and what do you know about what is going on.

NWA loses all scope in Bankruptcy
Talking to my big wig connection at NWA and they can't wait to get the bankruptcy judge to free up the scope so they can give 100 seaters to mesa and chataqua and replace the diesel9s.
Ok is this a likely scenario.....ASA negotiates to get their contract finally and SW doesn't like it so they just slowly transfer the flying from ASA over to SW just as fast as they can train new hires.
Does ASA have any successorship language in their present contract? And if so would it...
