    Ask the MX Reps. They're the ones that negotiate on MX behalf. Besides, the seats in the back are for revenue. I'd rather an employee sit in the jump so that the company can recognize the revenue that was given to them. That is, afterall, the goal of our business.

    I just picked up Flying the Line again. Haven't read it in at least 5 years, and I'll be damned if you couldn't interchange the year 1930 with 2009. The Goal is a good book. So is How to Win Friends and Influence People. I also like Hidden Kuaui.

    I'm curious why Art was tapped to make public comments. Shouldn't that come from someone more, I dunno, reputable? 90% of our employees read that and said 'who's Art?' Also, for those not in the know, the 10% match for pilots is contractual. That won't be going away for new hires.
