What is the Process to Jumpseat on Hawaiian?

If approaching the desk and asking, "Hi, how you are doing?" Followed by presenting of IDs and asking, "Is the jumpseat is available?" Not the correct method to ask for the jumpseat, please help me in case I ever try to use Hawaiian again. Honestly, I'd like to know a better way... Btw, I...

What is the Process to Jumpseat on Hawaiian?

I did file a jumpseat report. I wish I had gotten the agent's name. It was flight 18, HNL-LAS on April 18. I showed up prior to the 30 minute cutoff. Collared shirt, slacks, and dress shoes. Turned down flat, she said that it takes too long. I had thought she meant that she was busy at the...

Lets be honest here, and start using some facts

From the Dallas Morning News: "Frontier’s pilot union rejected the offer from SWAPA that included job protections for ALL Frontier pilots, pay increases of up to 40 percent when Frontier pilots transitioned over to Southwest’s seniority list and other considerations."

    Prodiem vs. ezperdiem

Yes, I am a little slow on the draw... I was in training so filed an extension. Has anybody used both? What was the difference between the two, beside 20 bucks? Which is better in your opinion? Thanks.

    UALPA response to jumpseat threat

UAL JSC would not talk to any UAX JSC about this issue the last 6+ months, basically refusing to even hear anything pertaining to this issue... So, I guess the letter worked in so far as there is a phone conference today. At least, they are talking...

    Yellowstone, Glacier and Rushmore

West Yellowstone can handle a B200 with no problem... I have seen Hawkers, Gulfstreams, and SkyWest Embs there.

    Another Southwest question...

Thanks, good to know... Just for the record, it would not be for the money (mostly). I just like flying with a friend on occasion and golfing on somebody else's dime. Guess not though...

    Another Southwest question...

Sorry to add to the list of Southwest posts, but I couldn't find an answer in any of the old posts... I am wondering if Southwest allows any outside flying? It would be a pt 91 coporate gig, just to fill in on a couple of days off of the regular pilots. Probably no more than 10 hours a month...

    Continental to Cologne?

You also need to be on Continental International jumpseat list. They are not open to anyone (domestically yes). This is the same as American.
