A new low... Good luck Mesa Captains.

So since they are so desperate, do you think I could just tell them what plane and domicile i want? That's the only way Mesa could get me to even interview.

    Two Pilot Marriages

flyunited, I'm sad for you that you rate your worth by what job you hold. I hope you weren't too offended by my terminology, that's just what I call myself and other females.

    Two Pilot Marriages

The arguments in this thread are so tedious! A two pilot marriage isn't one where you can drop as many trips as you want or work a job with 10 day-trips a month. That's called a part time job. For most of my career four 4days a month has been standard. If two pilots are working 15 to 16...

    Departing VFR into IFR

I did it once when flying a 91 leg on my 135 check route. It was the most terrifying 3 minutes of my career. It seemed like an ok idea until approach refused to answer, I realized I wasn't as comfortable with the terrain as I thought, and the ceiling seemed a whole lot lower than when I landed...

Any New Info re: Native Air

I know Phoenix is still single pilot, Dallas is two pilot, and I think Minnesota is two pilot (but I'm uncertain).

Any New Info re: Native Air

That actually depends on the contract your flying under. Some of the bases are two pilot and some are single pilot.

You know you've been flying too long...

Promoting Flight Instruction w/ a Letter

NOTICE: I am no where near an english major...but here are a few opinions. Get rid of the almost The first sentence is incomplete, finish it with a plug for the company and an intro to the next sentence. Whether you fly for a weekend getaway, a golf trip up north, or for the ability to...

    Native Air in Phoenix

I'm looking for info about the fixed wing division of Native Air. If anyone is familiar with their domiciles, schedules, aircraft assignments, and hiring plans, I would appreciate the info. Thanks in advance.

Any New Info re: Native Air

Does anyone have info about current hiring, schedules and benefits in the fixed wing operation? The web site doesn't seem to be up, and I would like to take my resume in. If anyone has an address for the corporate headquarters, please post it here. Thanks.

Does TSA still have a sim ride w/ interv

Dash 4 Cash is just worried you'll be senior to him/her when ALG furloughs again and he/she starts working for TSA in RIC. Maybe life at a wholly-owned is so wonderful that working anywhere else would be unacceptable. Dash- have fun watching medic and ces152 fly the rj into all those...

500 hours...what can i do to build time?

Icywings2, Since you had no job ideas for Flynething, your post proves the exact point I was making. There is very little he can do with 330 hours other than take the regional interview offered at the end of his pft or Flight Instruct. You are correct I did not PFT, I was in a position to...
