FedEx Benefits etc..?
I've seen the posts concerning training pay until IOE etc... but am curious to know when benefits such as health insurance actually start. With some companies it begins the month after you start training, and with others it's six months after training. Anyone with FedEx insight please chime... -

Anybody know how the Fractional companies view their Guard & Reserve pilots? i.e. flying their 2 weeks per year and one weekend a month etc..?
