Why We Need the F-22
I think you have to look at who is funding our budget (debt). They don't want us to have any aircraft that we haven't already given them the secrets to for collateral on the loan. I don't think our government is calling all the shots...follow the money. -
FedEX HKG LOA is out, and boy is it funny...
Our union doesn't need your vote to make changes, they've proven that. I believe that if they feel this LOA will not pass with a yes vote, they will word it so that a yes or no vote is actually that which approves the LOA. Or at least try to confuse the actual issue. Please vote yes or... -

Am I sponsoring your bud? I called and got the M&G appointment about 3 weeks ago. I don't think he had any LOR's online at the time. The appointment is for the sponsor, I don't believe the applicant even has to have an app in with FedEx, they didn't ask. I'll know more after Monday. -

Pilot pool USC***, I e-mailed the new HR department last October (2003) and received an e-mail back saying the pool still existed. That was well after the Indy Air announcement so I assume it is still good. I also anxiously await the opportunity to leave this pool. CGflyer -

Go to ACAForums.com. The pool still exists but as for hiring, the new airline has to be established/do well and then the furloughs have to come back first. Keep your fingers crossed. -
ACA to UAL - Make the call
I think this is a good move by ACA, so they can plan for their own future. The article under-reports the ACA aircraft United Express utilizes quite a bit. I'm only in the pool, but believe that over 70 CRJ's and around 30 J41's are assigned to UAX. I don't see how any "new" partner could jump in... -

I interviewed Nov 6 and was told to expect March/April for training and that there were around 120 in the pool. I would be very happy for the attrition so I can get started. Anyone know how long the Reserve time is right now and roughly how many days a week? I hear allot of folks worrying... -
