    ERAU hit by tornado

I thought the picture of the gust lock on what's left of the tail was pretty ironic. Didn't I read that ERAU was moving flight training to AZ?

    Express Scripts flight department?

I don't think so. We did some charter for them a while back, but as far as I know, they don't yet. With all the expansion they are doing, and trying to do, I can't imagine they would do without one for long though.

    Africa Flying

What kind of times are competitive for jobs in Africa, and what types of jobs are they? Airline, freight, exec? A little of all?

    Job posting for STL

It's a good gig, with great pay but lots of flying. Thier planes are gone a bunch, but with all the buisnesses they have, that's not suprising.

    Job posting for STL

Well that's perfectly vague. Proper type rating in what? Only one I know of hiring lately around here was JetCorp, but the hours sound a bit high for them. Maybe Emerson again? I know they had a ton of apps last time, so I doubt it.

    Question for AirNow pilots

There is a difference between guts and flying stupid.

    Clearance Phone numbers

Does anyone know where the numbers are listed, or if they are listed, to get a clearance from the local center. Tired of going through FSS, I would rather just call the clearance desk at the ARTCC and get it from them.

    Crappy FBO's

PWM's crew lounge does suck, as does their parking, but we had pretty good luck with thier CSM's. They got us short notice catering, and the maintenance guys were right on top of an issue we had. Give em about a 6.

    Central Air Southwest

Actually, now that you mention that, I remember seeing one there.

    VLJ Chief pilot pay

Which minister sent out flyers to the congregation saying God told him to get a G-V? I saw that on here awhile back if I remember right. I know of one ministry that flys a C-601 and another with a C650. People just keep forking over the dough.

    Falcon 7X - Who's Getting Em'? Impressions?

Emerson Co. is getting a couple.

    Central Air Southwest

Which airport do they do thier STL run out of? I have seen them in KC a bunch, but never in St. Louis. Is it a base, or just a stop?

Photos: USAF C-17 Globemaster III, USN F-14D Tomcat

How many Super Hornet squadrons are there now? Doesn't seem like enough to replace all the Tomcat squadrons being retired.

    CFI needed in Flagstaff, AZ

Your right. Enough is enough. I remember how hard it was to find my students a new instructor when I took my first post instructing job. Kudo's to you for caring enough to do it instead of just dumping them. Good job!

    ABC News Federal Air Marshals

I remember a flight in the late 50's/early 60's where a white guy put a bomb on a United flight and it exploded over Missouri. Insurance was the reason for that one. It was supposedly the first terrorist act on a commerical airliner.

    CFI needed in Flagstaff, AZ

Yeah, thanks for the economic lesson there junior. Welcome to the real world. It happens in every career out there, not just ours. Doesn't make it right, but that's the way it is. Learn to deal with it, or burn out trying to fight it.

Best light used jet for under 3 mil?

Sabre 65! East to west coast, good payload, .79 all day. Baggage can be tight, but well worth the bucks.

    CFI needed in Flagstaff, AZ

Easy Francis! I don't know what your months of experience have taught you, but $17 an hour to start isn't bad by comparison for a one instructor shop. The networking is priceless. That in itself will lead to a much better paying gig as it did for me and countless others who came before and...
