No problem at all. Like I said, I'm 50% on the FO side and have been moving up about 17-20 spots each month for the past several months. I haven't been paying attention to attrition below me, I just heard that we were losing a lot of 1-2 year FOs.

I'm 50% up the FO side, and there are about 17-20 a month leaving that are senior to me, and probably that same amount leaving junior to me. I've actually been really surprised how many people we've had leave that are at the 1-2 year mark (I've been here over 3 years)...
You sounds like you a real pleasure to fly with. Condescending, and most likely a CRM nightmare. Listen "Son", SkyWest isn't my first rodeo. Sorry you've been here that long, but you only have yourself to blame for that.
Your attitude sucks, and I have absolutely no doubt now that there is...
I'm not saying that didn't happen, but that is really out of character for anybody (including MODs or CS) that I've dealt with in my three years here. I would've been livid, and I sure hope you brought that behavior up to your CP or somebody in management. I know that kind of behavior is not...
I'm very sorry to hear that... A close family member recently had a scare, and we're still waiting to hear the results. He wants to pursue aviation, so we're all trying to figure this out too. Here's an interesting article I found:

It's go home day, and you'd rather spend two more hours hanging out at the airport? Even if I was in the United club, I'd rather just tough it out and get home. In fact, I did that all the time when I flew corporate! ;)
Nah. But having bad timing does, regardless of where you are.
One of my first flight students is now managing a Hawker and making close to six figures/year with great benefits and an awesome company. They're now looking at bringing on a mid-size to large cabin airframe.
He was very...
I don't recall anything being for free as a new hire, but they will take it out of your paycheck if you want. None of that stuff fit me either, even though I was "fitted". Plus, the pants had to be dry cleaned, which is just stupid.
I now wear Kenneth Cole Reaction pants from Macy's...
Exactly. When I flew the Brasilia, if you needed more drag than that offered by flaps 45, gear down, and condition levers max, I'd say you done effed up real bad. Maybe the Q400 is a lot more slippery than the old Bro?
