    Allegiant Air to go public

Hello, does anyone know if interviewees for the July class have been contacted, or when they plan on calling people for interviews? I have been trying to get on with Allegiant since August 2005. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

    Mesaba hiring

    SWA Poolie Christmas card

Congratulations. How long did it take from the time you turned in your resume to the time you were interviewed? Also, how long did you wait for notification that you were in the pool? Thanks.

    Ameristar Being Sued?

bandit110 I am talking statistically. I was trying to make a point. They have a better track record than others mentioned in this topic. Read between the lines. Any accident resulting with a loss of life is tragic and is something we all hate to hear about. Ameristar pilots have the most...

    Ameristar Being Sued?

I think Ameristar has a pretty good track record thus far considering the the type of flying they do. They fly mostly at night in all types of weather so (correct me please if I am wrong) 2 fatality accidents since the start of business is not bad.

    Airlines over Miramar

My guess is that ATC was vectoring them over the pacific sequencing for the ILS to 9 at SAN. That happens alot this time of year because of the marine layer, AKA June gloom. I have heard of an AA 767 landing at Miramar a few years back with an emergency of some sort.

Some people don't know when to quit.

I think it sucks that the kids had to see that. Watching mom kick some guys ass on the streets is not the way to bring up kids, however; we don't know the whole story. I think he learned his lesson.

When my twins sons were born the youngest (4 min. younger) was a few hours old when he inhaled, rather than swallowed, some formula. They intubated him right away and he remained on o2 for the next day or so. He's fine now. I'm sure your son will be fine. The antibiotics are only a...

    Mesaba rumour

How many pilots are still out on furlough? I had an interview scheduled with Mesaba in October, 2001 that was canceled due to 9/11. Is their any chance that Mesaba will contact the people who had canceled interviews and offer one to them again? I had the travel package and application...

    A Second Grand Aire Accident

The FBI are calling the crew members heroes, not terrorists. They purposely ditched the airplane away from a populated area. Each one of us would do the same thing. Just because they are of Middle Eastern decent don't slap a terrorist label on them. I met these guys in Evansville, IN a few...

    Bringing Back The Jumseat!

Does that apply to 121 pilots only or can 135 pilots ride too? Is Southwest Airlines allowing 135 pilots to ride again? Our agreement was cancelled shortly after 9/11. I miss the warm welcomes and hospitality.
