    How much do you lose.....train once a week

    The once-a-week gig is definitely doable. I did it that way and it worked for me. The key is to eat, sleep, and drink flying in between the lessons. Books, videos, etc. Heck, I even used some books on CD/tape while driving, to help with the written. Just don't get stuck on a certain number...
