OTTAWA, Canada (Reuters) -- The pilot of a Canadian airliner who went to the washroom during a flight found himself locked out of the cockpit, forcing the crew to remove the door from its hinges to let him back in, the airline said on Wednesday.
How?
Easy: Let the ramp and ops destroy the airline. DON'T do anybody else's job. As a pilot....just fly and perform by the book.
It's the pilots who pick up the pieces. STOP!
Captain: Hey Lee, want to go grab a beer with me and the rest of the crew when we check in to the hotel?
General Lee: Nah, I gotta go log onto Flightinfo.com and see what all the regional pilots are talking about. Wouldn't want to miss an opportunity to post! Plus, they'd miss my input...

Unfortunately, for everyone who really matters at Delta (pilots, F/A's, ramp workers, customer agents, etc.), this is serious business.
But...
...I can't wait to buy a couple (at auction) of those Song seatback TV's for $20 or so. Would look great in my SUV! Then I'll sell it to the Smithsonian as a relic of old air travel. Like my Eastern spoons worth 50 bucks!
Dudes:
Let's keep the big picture slightly in focus:
-->Go back in time 20 years.......
"Regional" was an invention of deregulation when turboprops fed the hubs. Pilots flew for nothing for a few years to build time.
"Scope" was not intended to limit regional flying, since there was little...
