20 year career earnings...
Saw some data recently about 20 year earnings based on current pay rates, average line values, 401k contributions, expected upgrade, and typical career progression (ie narrow body to wide body FO and captain) and was shocked at the results. Delta was the lowest of Southwest, Airtran, Frontier... -
ASA pass privileges extended to step parents...
Very nice addition to our pass rider privileges with the addition of 2 more pass riders for step parents. When all the others, 9E in particular, are 'loosing' ASA gets a nice enhancement. -
Constant Descent Arrivals...

Just plugging an iPhone app that an ASA captain just started selling ($3) on iTunes, it's called Flash Q/Ard! and includes a bunch of limitations for Shuttle America, Chautauqua, ExpressJet and, of course, the ASA oral study guides for the 50 and 70 seaters. You can make your own cards as well... -
The Writings of an ASA Pilot...
I didn't realize ASA had so many pilots that could write. There are some good writings in the new ASA crew room twosie facilities. I gotta hand it to management on this one, installing white boards WITH dry erase markers in the stalls was a pure stroke of genius which has led to some Hemingway... -
