    United 175s going to Skywest?

Actually I heard from a buddy Eagle won the bid.

So if I wanted to fly out of ORD . . . ???

Well, if you go to a low paying regional then ya. That's up to you tho.
  3. LewisU_Pilot

So if I wanted to fly out of ORD . . . ???

I disagree, go where you can be based at home and not have to commute. Sitting on reserve while living in base isn't that bad compared to rushing to make an oversold flight with multiple jumpseaters listed.

So if I wanted to fly out of ORD . . . ???

We are displacing CRJ pilots out of ORD. However new hires are getting ORD in the EMJ. Pretty sure ORD will keep shrinking and be pretty senior by this time next year tho.

    Eagle reserve in LGA/JFK

    My bad you are correct!
  6. LewisU_Pilot

    Eagle reserve in LGA/JFK

There is no Long/Short callout. To keep it short you know what days of the month you will be on reserve. During those days you can either pick up a trip that does not have an FO on it, or choose to sit at home on call. The on calls start at 4am and 10am. Once called you have 2 hours to make it...

    Mesa & Eagle's ERJ's

I heard a rumor Eagle will be replacing their 37 and 44 seaters with 190s and 319s.

    Attention all faa certificated pilots!

Who cares? Have you ever heard of the White Pages? Hell you can google my name and see how much I even paid for my house.

    Eagle TA

This TA will be voted down by the pilots.

    AE RJ145 Jumpseat

OK stupid question then. Is there any 121 jet in use that does not have a jump seat?
  11. LewisU_Pilot

    AE RJ145 Jumpseat

I would think with all the aircraft you have listed and hours you have flown you would understand what a jump seat is and what it is used for. Then be able to correlate that with the ERJ-145.

    AE RJ145 Jumpseat

    You're joking right?

    Roughly 1100 more to go.

Age of the oldest new hire at a regional feeder.

No that is for the 850 or so guys with numbers. It is really confusing and I don't 100% know how it works since I am not apart of it, but AA is currently sending another round of letters and I am hearing only about 3 out of 10 are accepting this round. Once they go through the entire list they...

Age of the oldest new hire at a regional feeder.

10/30/2006 is the most jr awarded captain. Another 250 should start flowing to AA by winter so this will bring the upgrades into mid 07.

    American Eagle time to upgrade

Don't choose a company for the upgrade go for what will allow the best qol. Main factor would be picking a company that will allow you to live in base.
  18. LewisU_Pilot

AE - 1st year QOL and LOAs ?

All reserve lines are 11 days off for the month, Lines usually range from 11-18 days off. AE is not approving any LOA at this time to my knowledge. Bases are assigned by age. First day of class they will tell you what bases and equipment are open and the oldest picks first. I am not sure how...

    American Eagle time to upgrade

It is anyones guess on upgrades. Right now most jr jet capt awarded is a 10/30/2006 doh. There has been a lot of movement which I think has been making everyone a little more happier. I am not 100% on the flow stuff, but I know there is another group of 250 or so that could be flowing by winter...
