I actually saw this aircraft during this incident. Thought it was unusual to see a small aircraft making a climbing turn from over the city. Did not realize that he had been flying too low just before. They threw him in jail !

Had the opportunity to see the Glenn Curtiss Museum's reproduction A-1 Triad fly today, from Keuka Lake. The plane has made three successful flights to date.

I am interested in finding out more information on the Curtiss Pusher called the "Hudson Flier". It was the aeroplane flown by Eugene Ely off of the USS Birmingham, on November 14, 1910.
The aeroplane had different wings on it, (which resembled Willard's design with the four trailing edge...
