    I remember being a new hire and having a captain hand me a little business card. It had the ASA logo on it with the words "We're not happy, until you're not happy" As funny as it was, it was also true. I'm throwing in kudos for the good numbers that are now being seen......

    I found one in an old stack of photos that I had taken on the ramp in DFW, and scanned it in to the computer, stretched it out, and reprinted it. Not *exactly* what I wanted, but it looks good in my TX-themed bathroom :)

    Is the guy foreign? Being direct but polite is the best way to deal with this problem in any situation. You might want to practice what you're going to say so you don't sound embarrassed about saying it, and it sounds more matter of fact. That way it comes across as less of a personal 'I think...
