    Lighted Obstacles

    Maybe I am reading to much into this, but everyone I have asked doesnt seem to know. While doing night flights, I noticed that the higher obstacles seem to have white strobes, where the lower ones have red strobes. Is there any rule to what color or height? .......Or am I just thinking about...
