Hmmm...I thought there were 3 pilots a few years ago that jumped shipped from Avjet to go to Toyota? Plus another guy I know left Avjet to go to SWA. People jump left and right. Jump jump jump.- English

amphib two place ultralights
It's a SeaRey (check the spelling) and it's not an ultralight. But it does fall under the sport aircraft category. But it's awesome....and the best two place amphib out there IMHO. 100 mph and can fly with the canopy open. www.searey.com, by Progressive Aerodyne in Orlando.- English

I agree 100% with Unleaded. Skkydan has even come on this website defending his fake ads, claiming his "friends" got the job when someone questioned their existence. 350 wasn't a pilot at Delta - I believe he was a gate agent. Besides, he's been banned under that screen name and can't come on here to tell you where he is flight instructing these days. -
Tower to Tower clearance?
TEC isn't just for non-turbojet. Take a look at the actual TEC SoCal routes printed in the Jepp charts enroute section. Altitudes and routes are listed for both jet and non-jet aircraft. And, it's not just for altitudes below 10,000. And, you don't have to file a paper flight plan unless you... -

I've flown one. Thinking of building one. It's a versatile aircraft. Can take off and land on water or on grass/dirt/pavement in under 400 feet. It can land in the water then taxi up onto a beach. It has a modest speed (100 mph) and can be built in about 400 hours by a first-timer...- English

Best option for Conquest training, IMHO, is Pro Flight in Carlsbad, CA. -
ATP before 23rd B-day
hmmm...not anymore. I looked into this for a friend recently. The FAA no longer allows one to take the checkride before their 23rd birthday. And, there is no longer a "restricted" ATP either.- English

Opspecs - Need a little help
Yeah ya need a password for that site...and the FAA only gives those out to chief pilots, DOs, DOMs and "agents for service" for 121 and 135 companies. -
